I didn’t start with perfect land. I didn’t start with my dream plan. But I started anyway.
On a Tiny Farm is a journey — my journey — of building a small, self-sufficient farm on less than 800 m².
What I once imagined was something ideal: flat land, perfect conditions, everything in the right place.
But reality had other plans.
So I chose a small plot on a slope, next to a forest.
Not perfect.
Not easy.
But real.
Why this blog exists
This blog is about the process — not just the results.
Here I share:
- the ideas behind a tiny, self-sufficient farm
- the challenges of building in less-than-ideal conditions
- simple, practical solutions that actually work
- and the slow, honest progress along the way
Because building a tiny farm isn’t about perfection. It’s about starting where you are.
What is a “tiny farm”?
For me, a tiny farm is more than just size.
It’s a carefully designed space where:
- food is grown efficiently
- waste is minimized
- nature and structure work together
- and everything has a purpose
A small, intentional system — built step by step.
The vision
The goal is simple:
To create a functional, beautiful, and self-sufficient farm — even on a small piece of land.
A place that produces food, supports life, and feels calm and meaningful.
If you're here…
Maybe you’re dreaming about your own small farm. Maybe you’re looking for simpler ways to live. Or maybe you're just curious if something like this is even possible.
You’re in the right place.
This is not a perfect story. It’s a real one.
And it’s just getting started.
